Summary: We always stay at the Hampton when we are in town. This was a three day trip and it seems like each time we stay, the stay is not quite as good as the time before. Issues that we had on this trip: Very slow elevator, the smell of weed by the elevators and specifically around one room on our floor (I know the hotel is not responsible for people smoking, but they are responsible for it being dealt with… no smoking means no smoking, and clearly smoking was going on in the room), lack of service and food for breakfast (the place was very busy and no one brought out fresh food in the 20 minutes we were at breakfast), a room that needed better cleaning (I hate finding reminders of the previous reservation - hair on the floor and in the bed). I hope I don’t sound overly negative, but I have been coming to this hotel since it opened, and like I said, it is not the same place with the same service. It is the best Alliance has to offer, but hopefully next time, the stay will be better.

Summary: This is our go to hotel when visiting the area. We have stayed here 6 times this past year. We are always pleased with our stay. The room is clean and service is great. The only negative I have is I called in advance to get the same room we had on our last visit. The woman I spoke to said not a problem we have you in the same room (202). When we checked in we were told we couldn’t stay in that room and that there was someone already in there and has been for weeks. So I’m not sure what happened but that was in no way a big deal, but a bit frustrating. Other than that our stay was great.

Summary: The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, the woman that set it all up did a great job and was also very friendly. My children and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Absolutely no complaints for this stay!

Summary: Best hotel I've been to in a while. Only problem was people above us, sounded like a stampede at 3 a.m. Saturday morning. Pool and hot tub clean, breakfast hot and fresh with different items every day, unlike Comfort Inns I've been to. Pet friendly also, with $75 nightly fee.

Summary: The breakfast offered had a lot of variety. It was nice having options that could be filling for a vegan. The room had a couple of issues, mainly the bathroom, but nothing that ruined the stay. It was a very nice stay overall.
